Besides the great view it's a meeting point for motorcycle clubs and street racers. There's a walkway down to the Moskva River only a few hundred meters away to the right.

Peaceful place, meals are ok, it is good to have a drink with a view of Moscow. If you are lucky there can be live music

One of the highest points in Moscow, behind the MSU campus. One can see the entire city skyline (including the 7 stalin skyscrapers). Do look out for the various super bike gangs :D
